Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
 

Delivery

Delivery usually takes 7-21 business days. We send your order to the Nova Posta.
International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, when your parcel left Ukraine- it becomes subject to your local post office.
Delays in delivery are also possible due to Covid and the workload of delivery services.


There is a variety of express delivery by Nova Posta but the price will be 5-20€,
Delivery time 7 business days.

Manufacturing

The production time is 3-5 working days for individual orders.
Lead times may be lengthened during holidays, but we usually do our best to ship it faster.
Please note that we only prepare and ship on WORKING days from Monday to Friday. NOT including weekends.

REMEMBER: production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

Demage and lost parcel

We take full responsibility for our products, shipping, and delivery. In case of damage or loss during delivery we will send out a new product as soon as possible. We want you to be happy!

Customs Fees

We need to inform you that according to the United Kingdom and German legislation If you receive a package from a country outside the EU, it may incur customs fees.

For German - there will be a shipping duty of 19% of the value of the package. You will be informed by DHL where and when you can pay the VAT.
For the United Kingdom - Any package that is subject to a Customs Duty will also be subject to the £ 8 Royal Mail Duty.
Any goods brought into the UK over £ 15 are subject to import VAT.

Unfortunately, we have no influence over this as it is your country's laws. So you have to take it into account when making an order.

What to do if the parcel is damaged or something is missing in the order?

Please make a photo-unpacking of your parcels (box, packaging, filling), and even better video.
If suddenly your parcel is damaged during delivery, or you received the wrong product or something disappeared from the parcel - just send us your photos and videos and we will solve this situation.
If everything is OK with the parcel - just enjoy it.
